Conference Call and Webcast to Follow Announcement

MOSAID Technologies Incorporated will hold an analyst conference call and webcast to discuss second quarter results for the period ended October 31, 2006. The conference call and webcast will begin at 5:00 p.m. ET. Media and investors are invited to attend, but will be listen-in only.

A news release detailing these results will be issued on Thursday, November 30, 2006, after the close of the markets.
