MOSAID Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.20 Per Share

OTTAWA, Ontario, Canada – February 23, 2006 - MOSAID Technologies Incorporated (TSX: MSD) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share. The dividend is payable on April 13, 2006 to shareholders of record as of March 29, 2006.
