MOSAID Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.20 Per Share

OTTAWA, Ontario, Canada – November 22, 2005 - MOSAID Technologies Incorporated (TSX: MSD) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share. The dividend is payable on January 16, 2006 to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2005.
