Since 1975, MOSAID has protected its innovations, building an extensive portfolio of patents. MOSAID is focused on licensing its intellectual property assets, particularly its memory patent portfolio.

Prior to negotiating a license, the products of a potential licensee are analyzed for infringement of specific MOSAID patents. The potential licensee is notified of these findings and offered the opportunity to enter licensing negotiations with MOSAID.

MOSAID has signed comprehensive licensing agreements with leading electronics companies and continues to pursue new agreements. MOSAID has notified several manufacturers of patent infringement, and is in ongoing negotiations with a number of these companies.

In the event that negotiation fails to secure an agreement, litigation action may be taken to protect MOSAID intellectual property assets.
