MOSAID Dividend Reinvestment Plan

On January 21, 2011, the Company established the MOSAID Dividend Reinvestment Plan. The Plan allowed qualified shareholders to acquire additional MOSAID shares by reinvesting any cash dividends paid on their respective shareholdings, without payment of brokerage or administration fees.

As part of MOSAID's Arrangement Agreement with Sterling Partners, which was anounced on October 27, 2011, MOSAID agreed to suspend payment of its quarterly dividend, and subsequently terminated the Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
